ABOUT
This refreshing cocktail is made with Amaro, which is an Italian herbal liqueur. The slightly bitter quality that the liqueur possesses blends with smooth vodka, rose water and blood orange perfectly. All of these flavors remind me of Tuscany—citrus, floral and herbal all at the same time.

DIRECTIONS
Stir together the Amaro, vodka and rose water in a small pitcher or cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and pour 1 ounce of blood orange juice on top.
